A Sheltering Roof

We are pleased to present our classrooms project for a vocationnal school of Arts & Crafts in Gambia!

A Sheltering Roof aspires to develop sustainable architecture with the aim to reassert the value of raw-earth in the African constructive culture. This material, combined to climatic constraints, leads to the project's concept: a roof to protect - a roof to gather.

Nka Foundation took on our proposition to build the project in Kantora Arts Village, Karsi Kunda in Gambia.
